We are a professional real estate office that needs to be kept beautiful and clean for our clients. Our other properties that need to be cleaned and care for consist of 1 home in New Smyrna Beach and 4 cottages and an office in Mims.
In Search Of an energetic, self-motivated and dependable individual who wants to provide our properties with clean, safe and comfortable living and working spaces. Candidate must be able to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The ideal candidate must have office/residential cleaning experience, must be detail-oriented, must be flexible, respectful and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. They must have a valid driver’s license, with current auto insurance which meets State requirements. They will be commuting to and from New Smyrna Beach and Mims, where properties are located. This position is a Full Time position.

Responsibilities
● Maintain all facilities in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, sanitizing and cleaning.
● Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
● Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all common areas, restrooms, service hallways, offices, and additional spaces as directed by the Management.
● Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects when needed.
● Notify management of occurring deficiencies or need for repairs.
● Stock and maintain supply rooms.
● Responsible for performing cleaning and sanitation functions where assigned within the properties.
● Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors/spills, dust mopping, cleaning tables, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning/stocking restrooms,
● Using appropriate equipment and supplies where required.
● Assist in maintaining the inside of the building to ensure cleanliness and safety for all.
● Report any unsafe conditions or situations immediately to Management.
● Performing all other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
● Must be authorized to work in the United States.
● Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
● Must be able to lift, push and pull at least 35 lbs.
● Must have physical strength and stamina
● Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, bend, stretch, stand, sit, kneel or walk for extended periods of time across an entire work shift.
● Ability to work with minimal supervision and the ability to work independently.
● Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
● Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
● Must have basic computer skills for emailing, texting, internet, etc.
● Must follow Management assignments, policies and procedures.
● Remain free from illegal drug use and random drug testing.
● Must consent to a background check.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
