Our Compensation and Benefits Packages:
- Competitive Salary: $19.00 - $22.50+ per hour post-training
- Pay Details: Includes hourly base wage, weekend shift differential bonus, and bonus incentives on every Repair

Your Role as a Repair Technician:
In this dynamic position, you'll blend technical acumen with customer service to provide solutions that truly matter. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Installing batteries across various devices and automotive.
- Performing key cutting and programming services.
- Diagnosing and repairing electronic devices, such as Cell Phones and tablets.
- Supporting our sales team with your advanced technical knowledge.
- Managing inventory, recycling, and store maintenance to ensure operations run smoothly.

Training for Excellence:

We are committed to providing comprehensive training, so all you need is some mechanical aptitude, problem solving ability, and a strong desire to learn. Our training incorporates a blend of hands-on, online, and real-time activities to equip you with the certifications, skills, and knowledge to excel in your role and become a true electronic repair professional.
What We're Looking For:
- Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.
- Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed diagrams and instructions.
- A valid driver's license and the physical capability to lift 50+ lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of relative repair experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
