Full Time Caregiver Needed ASAP || Northeast Area

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable On-Call Caregiver to join our team. As the On-Call Caregiver, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our clients. Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate a team of on-call caregivers to ensure smooth operations and continuous care coverage for clients.
• Manage caregiver schedules, including handling last-minute call-offs and finding suitable replacements.
• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to caregivers to enhance their caregiving skills and knowledge.
• Oversee client care plans and ensure they are followed diligently, reporting any significant changes or concerns to the appropriate parties.
• Monitor and assess the performance of on-call caregivers, providing feedback and recognition when appropriate.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and their families, addressing any questions, concerns, or emergencies that arise.
• Collaborate with the HR department to recruit and onboard new caregivers when needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of caregiver assignments, client interactions, and other relevant information.
• Uphold the company's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling and logistics effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, caregivers, and the management team.
• Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and make quick decisions when necessary.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work on-call, including weekends and holidays.
