Responsible for business deposit account opening and servicing activities related to business member accounts. Meets with members and provides exceptional member service in response to member needs and requests related to business lending and deposits including the business banking platform. Provides administrative support to the Business Lending activities of the department. This is accomplished through a variety of detail-oriented tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Assumes responsibility for the effective performance of assigned administrative business lending functions.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective business relations with members.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination, and working relations with Credit Union personnel and with management.
NON-ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
Required Knowledge:
- Commercial/business account experience related to deposit accounts and other clerical processes involved in commercial/business banking.
Experience Required:
- Three to five years of similar or related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and other standard office software, as well as a variety of financial institution core systems.
Skills/Abilities:
- Accurate and attentive to detail.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Strong organization, problem solving and follow up skills with proven ability to multi-task in order to effectively handle frequent demands caused by deadlines and heavy workloads.
- Able to use computer, adding machine, copy machine and basic business equipment.
- Proficient tying skills.
