Our privately owned general practice is growing and in search of an Associate Dentist to join our wonderful team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with, and represent, an established in the community dental practice (21 years) that’s committed to helping our patients achieve optimum oral health. We have a well-trained team of professionals who work hard have fun and make a difference in peoples lives working alongside our four doctors. Our practice has one doctor owner and three associates who work 3-4 days a week.

We offer the opportunity to do the dentistry you love while partnering with a team that will provide the clinical and administrative support so you can fulfill your professional and personal goals. We are in network with only 1 PPO. 75% of our practice is FFS. We see 100+ new patients a month.

Delivering comprehensive care to patients is our priority. We provide state-of-the-art private practice which include Dental Cone Beam CT, Digital Scanners (iTero and Trios), Guided Implant Surgery, 3D Printing and Digital X-rays that give your patients the care they and our providers with the most advanced technique to provide it.

We are seeking someone that loves their patients and wants to build a long-lasting relationship with them. The candidate should have great communication skills as well as passion for dentistry. The ability to connect with patients and build trust is a necessity in our practice.

Employment Qualifications for this Position:

• Education: Must have a Dental degree (e.g., Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited School of Dentistry.
• Active or pending Florida State Dental Board License

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing high-quality dental care including the delivery of diagnostic, preventative, restorative and surgical dental care services to patients.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Adhere to established procedures and all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations.
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care while educating patients, guardians, and support staff, while maintaining patient records according to compliance standards.

Job Requirements:

· Good management skills.

· Strong sense of ethics, integrity, and humility.

· Perform dental procedures such as extractions, root canals, restorative and operative.

· Perform removeable and fixed prosthetics, implant dentistry and orthodontic procedures.

· Correction of occlusal issues.

· Communicate effectively with clerical and clinical teams and other dental clinicians.

· Pursue lifelong clinical development and education with a collaborative group of doctors.

· Assume the quality of are for patients while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism.

Pay:

• Daily guarantee or % of adjusted production
• Tiered bonus when daily goals are met.

· $200,000-$400,000 + per year.

· We expect our Associate Dentists to be in the top 1% of Associate Dentist compensation in the country within 2 years of starting with us.
