Full Time 2nd Grocery Nightcrew

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to grocery store customers
- Assist customers in finding products and answering their questions
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed and organized
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grocery store
- Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
- Perform product demonstrations to promote sales and educate customers on new products
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Utilize technology for inventory management and sales transactions
- Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries or concerns
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of grocery store operations and familiarity with different types of products
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Proficient in using technology for sales transactions and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints over the phone
- Strong time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in English, is a plus
