Sazeracs Full stack developer will scale our website modernization efforts across Sazerac owned web properties. This role will build products across the stack and provide a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. The Full Stack developer will contribute to a uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering a best-in-class experiences for global users.

• Develop and manage processes and procedures for efficient and effective operation of for Sazerac owned web properties. Key operations include content publishing, merchandising, e-Commerce and digital marketing.
  
• Ensure our digital properties deliver exceptional customer service to visitors. Develop a digital user experience befitting of the brand positioning and delight consumers with the platform as well as offsite digital marketing.
  
• Develop and maintain marketing and e-Commerce websites to generate raving fans, grow merchandise sales and increase awareness of and engagement with Sazerac brands. Ensure the learning, engaging and shopping experience exceeds customer expectations and conforms with Sazerac Company standards.
  
• Review and formulate strategies from reports that monitor the user experience, website performance, and compliance of the site. Use the data to improve digital experience. Share and educate internal customers on opportunities.
  
• Responsible for leading the continuous improvement of the marketing and ecommerce platform with a focus on using technology in collaboration with 3rd party agencies. Represent company priorities in technical executions and strategies to ensure web development supports the ultimate objective of creating the best online presence in the spirits industry.
  
• Support e-commerce growth for priority brands to achieve yearly sales and Brand Contribution goals. Identify opportunities to leverage web platform to reach target consumers and enhance promotional capabilities.
  
• Work with Digital Marketing team and Brand Managers to drive increased engagement for the brand through industry-best online experiences.
  
• Utilize PDS to identify places for self-improvement in order to improve effectiveness at job and achieve goals.
  

Salary Range: $99,640 - $149,460. Sponsorship is unavailable for this position.

*Placement within the salary range is calculated based upon years of directly relatable experience for the position.

Qualifications/Requirements

MUST

• Experience with building or integrating with Content Management Systems and/or Marketing Automation Platforms
  
• Demonstrated experience communicating technical information to business clients and less experienced technologists.
  
• Experience in process design, implementation and improvement
  
• Strong planning and organizational skills
  
• Experience with collaboration software including Jira, Confluence, Aha! etc. required
  
• Detail Oriented
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
  
• 3 years experience in a fast paced environment
  
• 2 years experience in Customer Service or Consumer Affairs.
  
• 5 years Experience with UI/UX mobile-first development with HTML5, CSS3, client-side JavaScript/ES6+
  
• 5 years Brand Marketing or Trade Marketing experience
  

PREFERRED

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, such as audience targeting and search engine optimization.
  
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
  
• Experience working with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely Web, Optimizely Full Stack, Adobe Target, VWO, etc.)
  
• 5 plus years within client-side environment preferred
