Full Stack Software Engineer, Lead
The Opportunity:
Are you looking for an opportunity to combine your technical expertise with big-picture thinking to serve as the lead to modernizing a client-critical mission system? You'll have the chance to contribute to transitioning mission data flows from legacy systems to a modernized data flow architecture, defining technical and process improvements to achieve improved mission performance and compliance, and defining improved decision logic and rule sets applied to data flow management. Work as part of an Agile team directly supporting an IC core mission.
You'll interact directly with customers to understand their needs to develop protocol processing solutions that support analysts in target tracking and analysis and report writing. You'll also help the client continue to modernize their software development practices and tools. Work with us as we shape systems for the better.

You Have:
• Experience with C++ and multi-threaded programming
• Experience with Network Information Service and UNIX and Linux operating systems, including RedHat or CentOs
• Experience with developing and implementing system configuration scripts in Python, ksh, csh, Bourne, and Bash
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented methodologies
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
• Experience with one or more open-source database and database languages, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite
• Experience with modern communication technology applications and advancements
• Experience with modern SIGINT data formats
• Experience with programming, including XML and JSON
• Experience with development, integration, system, and unit testing
• Knowledge of signal protocol processing
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00 to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
