MMA offers a variety of technology solutions to help our clients mitigate and manage risk. Senior Developer will be responsible creating a quality application to solve complex business problems. This position requires mentorship of junior development staff and performing code reviews.

Job Responsibilities:

· Write advanced programming code for both front-end and back-end projects

· Enhance the security in our backend environment in conjunction with automated scans

· Maintain, modify, and scale our AWS environment in conjunction with the external security team.

· Analyze the behavior of our applications to find and fix bugs.

· Analyze performance of our applications and determine efficiencies

· Collaborate with other developers during working sessions

· Provide mentoring and best coding practices to other staff

· Perform code reviews

· Effectively communicate with other functions to develop outstanding products and services for our end customers.

Requirements:

· 8 years experience in all aspects of software development

· CS in Computer Science or equivalent education and experience

· Excellent knowledge and experience with the .NET framework

· Excellent knowledge of front-end web JavaScript frameworks such as React and React

· Excellent knowledge of back-end programming languages such as C#

· Experience creating and maintaining databases

· Experience with MS-SQL, PostgreSQL and MySQL databases a plus

· Good interpersonal skills
