Job Description:

As a Full-Stack .NET Developer at RADcube, you will be an integral part of our software development team. You will work on both front-end and back-end development, taking ownership of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your role will involve designing, coding, testing, and maintaining software applications, ensuring they meet our clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain web applications using the .NET framework, including ASP.NET, C#, and MVC.
Design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to define and implement project requirements.
Create and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Ensure the application's performance, security, and scalability.
Debug and resolve software defects and issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in software development.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
1-2 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack .NET Developer.
Proficiency in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, and MVC.
Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js).
Knowledge of SQL databases and database design.
Familiarity with RESTful API development.
Experience with source code version control systems (e.g., Git).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
