CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
5.1. Five years of experience in developing applications in Node.js
5.2. Five years of experience in developing applications using Python flask.
5.3. Five years of experience in developing applications in React.
5.4. Three years of agile development specifically in using the SCRUM framework.
5.5. Three years of experience developing applications in IBM, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud environments.
5.6. One years of experience in CI/CD, Containers and Kubernetes.
6. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
6.1. SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
6.1.1. Create system designs, applying state of the art requirements gathering, requirements analysis and design practices. Daily analysis and development of system enhancements, additions and bug fixes.
6.1.2. Modify and create application code and database code, applying state of the art development practices and processes. Daily work tickets are assigned and often require code modification or enhancement.
6.1.3. Troubleshoot and determine resolutions to system issues and bugs identified by the project group and the Applications Management team. Daily work tickets.
6.1.4. Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks, and store in a document repository.
