Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java/ColdFusion Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that are critical to our HR skills assessment processes. You will work closely with our IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java, ColdFusion, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Work with Oracle databases hosted in RDS, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Manage and deploy applications using Docker and Amazon ECS.
• Integrate our systems with various Application Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) through APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proficient in Java and ColdFusion programming.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and front-end development.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and RDS.
• Familiarity with Docker and Amazon ECS for container management and deployment.
• Proven experience in API development and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in HR tech or similar domain.
• Knowledge of modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
