You care about high availability and enjoy solving the most challenging operational issues from programming, systems, automation, and process perspectives. In this role, you will dive into every tier of the stack -- from the consumer-facing website to low-level data services. You must be adaptable, able to think quickly on your feet in a fast-paced environment, and able to build the simplest, most efficient, and reliable solutions.
- Product roadmap/feature brainstorming
- Think through hard problems, and work with a team to make them a reality in disruptive and impactful ways.
- Develop your career outside of the confinements of a traditional career path by focusing on what you’re passionate about rather than a predetermined one-size-fits-all plan

- Identify and drive opportunities to improve automation within the organization; scope and create automation around builds, deployment, management, and monitoring of our services
MUST HAVE
- Significant experience with either Java or PHP
- Linux administration skills
- Experience with AWS
- Passion for software engineering and craftsman-like coding prowess
- Experience of working in a forward-thinking, OSS-centric environment
