We are hiring full time and Part Time positions in all Cincinnati (West Chester & Oakley) and Dayton, OH (Centerville) locations. We are looking for an Assistant to help support our Showroom Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with customers and have some previous experience in customer service or sales. We are looking for someone who can work well with others, who has strong communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail. The Assistant will be focused on assisting the Showroom Manager with customer focused tasks and showing and discussing products with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests politely.
• Answer and direct calls.
• Process requests and answer questions in a quick and efficient manner.
• Maintain positive relationships with the company's customers.
• Know the company's products and services.
• Prepare and send appointment confirmations via email or phone, preferably both.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
