New Heights is looking to fill the role of behavior technician. We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to implement day-to-day individualized applied behavioral interventions. This involves working intensively with children ages 2-9 with autism, possibly working with severe behavioral disorders such as physical aggression, property destruction, and severe communication delays.
RBT Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, previous experience working with children, CPR and First Aid certification from Red Cross or American Heart Association, effective oral and written skills, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team and independently, and must be able to pass criminal background check.
Must be comfortable being on feet or sitting on floor for long periods of time.
