- High School Diploma, GED or related experience
- 1+ year experience in a related field (e.g. technical support, installation and maintenance).
- Working knowledge of IP, Ethernet, SONET, DWDM, Video and telephone technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with team throughout the organization
- Valid local State Driver’s License and driving record that meets Cox standards
- AA/AS degree or Technical Certification in related discipline desired (Technical Operations)
- 1 year experience in troubleshooting layer I, II & III networks
- Prior commercial installation experience; technical support experience
This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at Cox. The pay rate range provided is a reasonable estimate of the anticipated compensation range for this job at the time of posting. The actual pay rate will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, location and/or being pursued and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements
