QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
  • A High School Diploma or the equivalent in relevant work experience.
  • Directly related warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Must be a true team player; personable, professional, flexible, have a high level of integrity.
  • Attention to detail that will impact profitability.
  • Ability to manage time through multi-tasking and managing several projects at once. Must be flexible and work well under pressure and easily adapt to change.
  • Possess the strength and endurance to stand and walk for a full scheduled shift, and intermittently lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to safely climb up and down ladders while carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have transportation to and from work. A valid driver's license is preferred.
  • Entail strong communications, along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • High levels of personal accountability; an ability to be responsible for your own actions.
  • Confidence and high levels of accomplishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES - HOW THIS POSITION SUPPORTS THE VISION include the following, but are not limited to:
  • Read customer orders to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed.
  • Pick customer orders based on invoice indicators.
  • Fill requisitions, work orders.
  • Verify order accuracy through a manual/visual checking process.
  • Utilize a computer to process orders.
  • Engage in various activities within the distribution team as directed by the team leader(s) not limited to i.e. picking, packing, checking, wrapping, swoging, loading and securing of shipments.
  • Assist in any task requested by either the direct team leader or any person in management.
  • Aid in the efforts of maintaining a lean work environment.
  • Work as a team with all functional work areas.

INDICATORS OF PERFORMANCE
  • Accuracy of orders processed at 98.5% or higher.
  • Units picked and processed meeting or exceeding the outlined company expectations below:
    • Ship to Patient: 210 Units per Hour
    • Ship to Office: 140 Units per Hour
  • Units checked and processed meeting or exceeding the outlined company expectations below:
    • Ship to Patient: 120 Units per Hour
    • Ship to Office: 180 Units per Hour
  • Units shipped and processed meeting or exceeding 175 Packages per Hour.
  • Attendance % at 95% or higher, following the attendance calculation process.
  • Harmony within the Fulfillment Center team.
  • Positive perception of support from co-workers and team leaders.

IMPROVING THE SYSTEM
All Fait Distribution Associates are responsible for documenting and fixing problems within the system. In addition, this role is responsible for improvement project participation, planning, communicating and implementing solutions where possible.
PERSONAL IMPROVEMENT
Fait Distribution will provide resources and support, relevant to the position, for education and training as needed. It is the Associate's responsibility to seek approval, schedule and participate in education and/or training that will prepare him/her for present and future needs. A post training recap may be required
