Job Description
- Use of scan system to track time worked
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability work overtime on short notice as needed
- Work independently to follow established processes and procedures
- Work at Multiple Distribution Centers, as needed
- Backup resource for Lead(s)
- Training resource for new associates on the team
- Update procedures as needed
- Additional Responsibilities for Associate:
- Backup for Receiving, Audit & Compliance paperwork
- Backup resource for Booth and Shipping
- Computer Skills (MS Office, typing, navigation), Basic Math skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of system and process
- Ability to solve intermediate problems
- Strong safety awareness
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (Forklift, Tow Motor, Pallet Jacks, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb ladders, be on your feet for 8 hours
- Fulfillment experience in either E-commerce or Retail
- Experience with Quality Control practices
- Problem-solving: Proven ability to identify and take proper action to solve problems.
- Systems, and Process Knowledge: Awareness and knowledge that supersedes immediate job
- Productivity: Maintain high levels of productivity and versatility
