Utilizes internal inventory system to pull items for customer orders.- Displays a positive attitude when communicating information with customers and co-workers.
- Verifies UPC/SKU on merchandise tags with packing slip information, confirms color and size of merchandise.
- Gift wraps and packages merchandise to be shipped to customers, loads boxes onto pallets.
- Uses a computer to process orders for shipment and trace lost packages.
- Stocks and maintains the cleanliness of the Fulfillment area.
Von Maur was founded in 1872 with two simple goals – provide a wide selection of quality merchandise and establish excellent customer service principles by treating every customer like family. Today, 37 Von Maur stores are scattered across 15 states: Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma and Wisconsin; and we’re still expanding. Our corporate headquarters and E-commerce facility are located in Davenport, Iowa.
