Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Pay: 15.43 hr

Hybrid Schedule: 2 days in office T/W/TH in Waterloo and rest of the week work from home.

Must live in Cedar Falls/Waterloo Iowa are or surrounding area

JOB DESCRIPTIONSUMMARY

This position is responsible for general member support including management of documents in the VFS system. This position provides a supporting role in ensuring members, employees and vendors are properly enrolled per program rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Receive and process department mail as scheduled.
• Ensure all member budgets are submitted to the proper program in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain program requests to include: Member/Employee/Vendor/ISB packets, additional documents as requested.
• Responsible for ordering of department supplies.
• Assist with daily processes to include scanning, indexing, routing of documents and working the daily fax and email queue.
• Ensure proper follow up on returned mail and change of address notifications.
• Complete verification of employment forms.
• Submit required state and federal tax forms on behalf of the member and set up newly liable accounts.
• Knowledgeable of rules and regulations, products and services that are applicable to the Veridian Fiscal Solutions operations.
• Maintain policies and procedures manual for this position.
• Assist with special projects as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

TRAVEL

Limited travel expected.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma
• Strong data entry skills
• Fluent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Microsoft Office.
