Hello wonderful job seeking people! Premier Biotech Labs, LLC, is currently seeking a wonderful human for the position of Clinical Specimen Collector in the Rochester area. You will be working with humans in clinical chemical dependency treatment settings.

This position REQUIRES a DHS background check and a pre-employment drug testing.

We will train and support you to ensure you are successful in your position! All necessary training will be provided! Experience in the laboratory setting, electronic health records knowledge and/or medical background preferred but not at all required.

We are looking for someone to assist our Field Operations Management team in clinical urine and oral fluid collection coverage in Rochester as well as some remote computer work!

You will be preforming same-sex, observed urine and multi-sex observed oral fluid collections.

Laboratory Collector Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet patients professionally and ensure patient privacy.
• Professional communication with on-site staff members.
• Ensure that all patient paperwork is filled out correctly and all necessary information has been captured at the time of collection (including Ordering Physician, Ordered Tests, Patient Signature, Date, etc.).
• Adhere to all Laboratory Clinical Collector protocols, procedures and requirements.
• Utilize appropriate laboratory practices in handling specimens, requisitions, chain of custody.
• Data entry into patient Electronic Health Records, fax, scan, copying of documents as necessary.
• Monitor and maintain supplies for laboratory needs and communicate supply requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct self in an ethical, legal, responsible manner at all times with both patients and clinic staff.
• Be confident in having the ability to set boundaries.
• Be comfortable working independently.

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Laboratory/Healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience working with EHR (Electronic Health Records) is preferred, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Availability: Days, Afternoons and Evenings M-F

Salary: from $20 hourly

Shifts: Monday- Friday

Example:
Monday - Friday 8am-2pm
(Roughly 10 hours of computer work done remotely)
