For cook:
Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu plan provided by the culinary team
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Assist in the planning and development of menus, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and preferences
- Collaborate with other members of the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
