Job Description:

Watts and Associates, Inc., a pioneer in the crop insurance industry, is seeking a React Front End Developer to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in front-end development, particularly with React and .NET.

Technical Skills:

·         Proficiency in React.js and a strong understanding of its core principles.

·         Experience with .NET as a backend.

·         Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.

·         Knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices.

·         Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object model.

·         Familiarity with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms.

·         Solid understanding of the full web development stack, including HTML5, CSS3, and build tools.

·         Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

·         Ability to understand and translate business requirements and design into high-quality code.

·         Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.

·         Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

·         3-5 years of experience in front-end development, specifically with React.

·         Must reside in the United States, preferably in the Mountain or Central Time Zones.

·         Ability to pass a background check.
