Job Description
The Front Office Supervisor oversees the operations of the Front Office desk to ensure policies and procedures are being followed and to ensure front desk is staffed accordingly during peaks of high volumes. The Front Office supervisor directly supports the Site Director and/or the Site Manager of the clinic. Planning and coordinating the daily activities of the Front Office staff ensuring proper coverage at all times. Ensure compliance with HIPAA/OSHA standards. Identify problems and make recommendations for resolutions. Exhibit values of integrity and compassion.

Essential Functions
- Supervision of the Front Office staff including receptionists, eligibility and medical records.
- Responsible to enforce all established policies and procedures.
- Establishes policies and procedures for Front Office staff including receptionists, eligibility and medical records.
- Monitors all patient scheduling and volunteer scheduling.
- Ensures that staff provide quality customer service to all clients
- Responsible for the Phone Pro System.
- Participates in the Q/A process including serving on the Q/A Committee.
- Coordinates patient complaints as necessary.
- Participates in the Performance Improvement Program/Quality Program
- Other duties as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Training Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- Medical Assistant certification, preferred
- Ability to meet Legacy Community Health's EPIC proficiency requirements.
Work Experience
- Two years supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to manage multiple deadline and decision making responsibilities.
- Adept in decision making responsibilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
