Performs clerical functions, answers phone, schedules appointments, registers patients, checks insurance coverage, direct calls to appropriate team members, takes and directs messages, facilitates communication with the various offices, makes patient reminder calls, performs prior authorizations and manages referral pool.
Minimum Requirements
High School education or equivalent.
Six months experience.
