We serve all people, regardless of income or insurance status. Affinity Health Center seeks a Front Office Manager to provide program and staff oversight for strategic patient schedule management, customer service, payment collections, sliding fee scale eligibility, new patient intakes, and call center management.
This leader will provide quality assurance in all aspects of the Front Office workflow as well as real time coaching, performance management, and supervision for the Front Office team.This leader will be part of the organizational leadership team, collaborating with all organizational leaders to ensure a positive patient experience. This position will also provide support for all Front Office responsibilities to ensure adequate coverage at all times for all sites.
Full-Time Position | Monday-Friday | $50,000 - $60,000 Annually
