Front Office Assistant

Creative Powder Coating is looking for a detail oriented, organized, team player to fill our Front Office Assistant opening! Your main responsibilities will be communicating with current & new customers, checking in & out orders, and ensuring smooth communication between the office & shops. Our ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible, has a valid drivers license, and is fluent bilingual (Spanish). This position is full time, Monday thru Friday, 8am to 430pm. We will need your smiling face in our Crest Hill office every day, so please ensure the commute is doable before applying!

Starting pay is based upon experience, but will be no less than $16-$20 per hour. After a probationary period you will be eligible for our 401k, PTO, employee discounts, and insurance programs.
