As the Front of House Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will lead and inspire our front-of-house team, oversee daily operations, and uphold our high standards of service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate our front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Maintain a warm, welcoming, and organized dining environment.
- Ensure exceptional guest service by setting and maintaining high standards.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and back-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Assist in monitoring inventory, order supplies, and manage restaurant budgets.
- Assist in overseeing scheduling and staff training to ensure optimal team performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management/supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- ServSafe certification is a plus.
