Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience in a high volume bar/lounge
Bartender ($17 per hour plus tips):
- Responsible for preparing and serving beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
- Interacts with customers, takes orders, and provides recommendations.
- Maintains cleanliness of the bar area and ensures stock levels are sufficient.
Server ($17 per hour plus tips):
- Takes food and drink orders from customers and communicates them to the kitchen or bar.
- Delivers orders to tables and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Handles customer inquiries and provides information about the menu.
Host ($18-20 per hour):
- Greets and seats customers upon arrival.
- Manages reservations and maintains a waiting list during peak times.
- Provides initial contact and sets the tone for the customer's experience.
Busser/Barback ($17 per hour plus tips):
- Clears and resets tables to prepare for the next guests.
- Assists servers and bartenders by restocking supplies, such as glassware and utensils.
- Ensures the overall cleanliness and organization of the dining or bar area.
Security ($20 per hour):
- Monitors and maintains a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Checks identification and ensures compliance with age restrictions for the sale of alcohol.
- Handles any disturbances or issues that may arise and works to prevent potential problems.
