Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and Maintain Eye Contact
• Speak Enthusiastically
• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Available for afternoon/PM shifts
• Starting pay $13-$14/hour with opportunity to receive $15/hour after training (Full Time potential $16/hour after 10 weeks)

• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
