Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions in a timely manner
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food is presented in an appealing manner
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area
- Sanitize tables, chairs, menus, and other high-touch surfaces regularly
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of service
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
-Assist guests in all gaming areas, including but not limited to: Dart Boards, Golf Simulators, Duckpin Bowling, etc.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of Toast POS system or similar point-of-sale software is a plus
- Basic culinary skills for food preparation is an advantage
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Cash handling experience is preferred
