Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with our guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of our restaurant
• Multitask quickly and efficiently
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Consistency and reliability
• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Passion for serving and helping others
• Customer service oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented
• Able to multitask
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs on a regular basis
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
