Now hiring FOH positions for a new Fine Dining restaurant on the Sonoma Square.
Opening in late Spring, Enclos will add a Fine Dining restaurant to downtown Sonoma. Helmed by Chef Brian Limoges (Atelier Crenn, Quince, Birdsong and Saison), we will offer a nightly tasting menu based on Sonoma and the surrounding areas. In partnership with Stone Edge Farm Estate Vineyard and Winery, we will showcase our wines as well as local and international wines, and the produce from our 17-acre farm.
We are currently seeking these FOH positions:
- Wine/Beverage Director
- Sommelier
- GM/AGM
- Captain
- Back Server
- Host
The ideal candidates will be passionate about hospitality, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. While we prefer 2+ years in Fine Dining, a good attitude and a strong work ethic will be just as important. The restaurant will be open Wednesday-Saturday for dinner only. We offer a competitive compensation package including Medical, Dental, Vision, accrued vacation time and 401K.
