**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager to oversee our restaurant's dining area and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders.
- Ensure smooth operations during service, addressing any guest concerns promptly.
- Train and coach staff on service standards and procedures.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Oversee inventory and ordering for front-of-house supplies.
