Breakaway Carrboro is seeking applicants for to join our Front of House team. We are a community-driven breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant located at 410 N Greensboro St, Suite #160 in Carrboro. Our ideal candidate is motivated, willing to learn, and values the guest experience as much as we do.
Pay estimates include tips and vary based on experience. This can be a great first job for students looking for work around their class schedule, experienced servers and/or baristas who want to advance in the restaurant industry, and everyone in between. Opportunities for advancement will allow our most talented applicants to be promoted for higher pay.
Morning (7:30-2:30), evening (2-7), and weekend (7:30-4) shifts all available.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Run food to tables
- Clear tables
- Promote menu items
- Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience
- Address any concerns guests may have
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team towards a common goal
- Outgoing personality
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.00 - $19.00/hour.
