We are looking for a Customer Service representative. A Customer Service representative will provide product/services information and help customers navigate through their experience at Kettleman's. The best reps are genuinely excited to help customers and bring a warm, positive energy to work. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer questions, and to maintain high customer satisfaction.
There is an opportunity for growth here as well. We are currently expanding to new territories, so we are looking for individuals with an appetite for growth within the company!
Responsibilities
- Assist Customers with the ordering process.
- Navigate the Cash Register/Point-of-Sales (Toast POS experience preferred).
- Bag baked goods, help customers with coffee, assist with organizing DoorDash orders.
- Manage incoming calls.
- Keep your station clean and tidy.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Skills
- Proven customer support & front-of-house experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Toast Point-of-Sales & DoorDash Tablet experience is a plus!
