```Overview```

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Front ofHouse Associate and Tea Server to join our team. You will be the customer facing Front of our shop whether that is helping pack desserts or chocolates, or serving full high tea. This is a fun, multifaceted position where you will be part of a highly motivated and passionate team in a growing business.

```Responsibilities```

- Assist customers and charge for sales including coffee/tea beverages, chocolates, desserts, packaged confections, tea service, etc.

- Package Items for retail

- Refill FOH stock items (coffee cups, chocolate boxes, ribbons, etc.) and ensure that all items are well organized and displayed and properly labeled

- Provide Table Service for our High Tea on scheduled days and for private parties.

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and understanding of all retail and Tea menu items.

- Bussing Tables, assisting with dishes, and routine cleaning of FOH items (espresso machine, shelves, rinse sink etc.)

- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as necessary

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guests' needs and inquiries

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required

- Must be 21 or older in order to serve alcoholic beverages

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems and/or Square POS is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety regulations

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
