Blinds To Go is seeking a Front-End Web Developer who will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality, responsive web designs that align with the UX strategy and UI design in partnership with UX/UI design and the marketing team as a whole.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality, responsive web designs that align with the UX strategy and UI design.
· Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern web development tools and techniques.
· Collaborate with the UX/UI Designer to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
· Work with other members of the marketing team to integrate new features and experiences into the website.
· Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure the website functions properly across different devices and browsers.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices.
· Work closely with the marketing team to bring new features and experiences to life on the website.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
· 3+ years of experience in Front End Web development, with a focus on retail and e-commerce.
· Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Understanding of SEO best practices.
· Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Photoshop and XD).
· Understanding of design best practices and coding practices including accessibility.
· Experience with Front End frameworks such as Bootstrap, React a plus.
· Experience with version control systems such as Git a plus.
· In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).
· Strong collaboration and communication skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
