Position Summary:
Front End Leads are critical to the success of our Front End and Co-op. The position supports the Front End Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes.

A positive, flexible leader who shows up each day ready to support their team, create excellent customer experiences, and contribute to an inclusive environment. We are seeking a candidate with basic computer and math skills, including Microsoft Office and other applications.
Location: 1500 West 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102
Schedule: 3 - 4 shifts per week including at least one weekend day. Current shifts may vary and can include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on department needs.

Physical and Working Requirements:
This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 30lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system and to move around our store and storage rooms with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires an individual to be at least 18 years old.
