Job Title: Front End Developer React / C#
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Software Developer to join our clients growing team in Knoxville, TN. The ideal candidate will have experience with image coding and detecting, as well as the ability to customize code base, write code in React, and create SQL queries. The Software Developer will work alongside a Cloud Engineer to develop and maintain proprietary software used for clinical research. The software scrubs patient info from radiological imaging to ensure HIPAA compliance before sending images to different study groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and test APIs and web pages used for clinical research
Customize code base using React.js library
Fix bugs and add features to the software
Write code in React
Run point on offshore teams
Work alongside Cloud Engineer
Support documentation of the software
Help run Agile meetings
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly interfaces
Ensure HIPAA compliance of the software
Develop, test and maintain Azure-based infrastructure
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related field
React experience is required
Azure experience is preferred
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript as well as React.js with Redux is preferred
Experience with writing unit tests
UI/UX design across desktop and mobile
Basic knowledge of Git required. Azure DevOps is a plus
Understanding of data structures and algorithms
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work with offshore teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and grow as a developer
Willingness to work in a small team
