Front End Checkout TA

Front End Associate

Duties:

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area, including cash registers and displays.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Promote and upsell products, such as wireless devices, jewelry, and electronics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.

Experience:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of wireless sales, jewelry sales, or electronics sales is a plus.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Technical sales experience is beneficial.
