Front End Associate

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area
- Assist with product demos and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a Front End or customer service role
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in Spanish
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash register operations
- Knowledge of jewelry sales or wireless sales is an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
