Front End Associate

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Front End Associate to join our team. As a Front End Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and provide assistance with their shopping needs
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized Front End area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Upsell products and promote special offers
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Provide support to other departments as needed

```Experience```
- Previous experience working in retail or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in jewelry sales, electronics sales, or technology sales is desirable
