Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience required
- One weekend shift per week & holiday availability required
- Full-time or Part-time
- Passion for dogs as well as willingness to learn about dogs, dog behavior, and all of the Camp operations through hands-on training
- Experience with multitasking and fast paced work environments
- Strong communication skills and professional writing/phone skills
- Computer savvy - Microsoft Office experience
Responsibilities
- Greeting and creating rapport with clients
- Making reservations/scheduling appointments for daycare, boarding, training, and grooming
- Gathering care instructions for clients’ dogs including feeding, medication, behavioral notes, grooming instructions, etc.
- Transporting dogs from lobby to the play areas and vice versa
- Processing transactions accurately using our internal database as well as handling monetary transactions
- Answering phone calls/emails/texts in a professional manner
- Communicating with veterinary offices on a regular basis
- Assisting with the dogs and other dog-related tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
