Job Summary
Performs varied administrative and front desk duties.
General Accountabilities
Greet visitors.
Answer calls and take messages.
Perform data entry tasks.
Work with HR to maintain current records for employees/subcontractors.
Organize, file and archive documents.
Receive and process invoices.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and check P.O. box.
Purchase and maintain office supply stock.
Point of contact for property management/maintenance requests
Coordinate with I.T/employees to resolve related issues.
Composes and produces business correspondence, reports and related materials.
Edits documents produced by others.
Serves as internal resource to administrators or staff on departmental and
company procedures.
Research information, as requested, and relay official interpretations.
Performs administrative duties associated with scheduling, coordinating and planning meetings and events.
Work with various vendors to schedule repairs etc.
Occasionally record and summarize minutes for typing and distribution.
Research and gather data for departmental reports.
Conducts preliminary analysis of data.
Recommends report content and format to display findings most effectively.
Coordinates preparation, development and production of documents as needed.
Schedules and prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines.
Ensures timely completion of work.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Education: High School Diploma
Minimum Experience: 2 Years in similar administrative role
Preferred Experience: 3 Years
