We are now accepting applications for Front Desk workers in the Warrenton area. We are seeking individuals to operate a clean, safe, organized Front Desk work area, while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Admits pool patrons quickly and accurately.
- Handle cash, credit or check transactions with customers
- Redeem coupons
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Greet customers when entering or leaving establishment
- Maintain clean and tidy work area
- Keep reports of transactions
- Answer customers' questions and get a manager if answer doesn't solve the issue
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 18 years of age preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail or food service preferred.
- Must demonstrate dependability, a positive attitude, an excellent work ethic, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to accept guidance and supervision.
- Available May September, including evenings and weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation.
