Job Description
Seeking Front Desk administrator. The right person will be responsible for scheduling patients, billing, insurance verification and collections. Must have the ability to manage multi-phone lines. Must be a self starter with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly organized and professional with the ability to multi-task in a very busy office.
Front desk staff are entrusted with correspondence with managing patient registration process and assist the patient in all aspects of a positive patient experience.
Minimum 1 years of a dental office background. Position is full time and must be flexible to work long hours each day.
Pay is based on experience.
