Work Performed:
The Front Desk Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
Qualifications:
RequiredPrior Experience:
Six (6) months of Front Office, general office, retail, accounts receivable or customer service experience; OR an equivalent combination.
Preferred Prior Experience:
Hospitality industry experience preferred
Required Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Licenses/ Certification:
Valid state driver's license and adhere to all company guidelines regarding moving violations.
Required Technology:
Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to enter data, or process information
Physical:
Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs occasionally
Able to stand and/or walk for duration of schedule shift
Other:
Flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays

Work Performed:
The Front Desk Supervisor will be tasked with the following duties, responsibilities, and assignments:
- Carry out the smooth operation of the Front Office Department and ensure that all standards and operating procedures pertinent to Guest Services are followed;
- Able to perform job responsibilities of Front Office Associate, Transportation Specialist, and Concierge Attendant and support in these areas when needed;
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees, return guests and group contacts;
- Anticipate and address guest issues and establish proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction;
- Ensure that financial goals of the department and the hotel are being met, monitoring and controlling labor expenses and other divisional expenses such as supplies & equipment;
- Understand and enforce the hotel company credit policies, account for all cash, and make deposits in accordance with hotel and company policies;
- Be proactive in the greeting of guests in a friendly and warm manner;
- Ensure associates adhere to performance and service standards and conduct appropriate accountability measures by providing direction, support and timely feedback;
- Able to understand forecasting to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met according to business demands;
- Assist in recruitment process with interviewing candidates;
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries and unsafe work conditions to management; complete safety training and certifications; and
- Any and all other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position.
