Job Description: Front Desk

Part time M-F 1 PM-5PM with rotating weekends

Overview: Under the direction of the Member Director, the Member Experience Representative is responsible for Desk operations during their shift. Candidate should have the ability to learn CORE software and use it efficiently, sell memberships, register members for programs, answer phones, meet and greet members to ensure member retention and satisfaction, respond to member questions and concerns, complete a variety of transactions to maintain member database records, and perform other duties as assigned. When applicable candidate will open and close using established procedures. In addition, candidate should have a people person personality and be flexible.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
