Front Desk Scheduler

Busy medical office is looking for a full-time Front Desk Scheduler to provide professional, courteous service to our patients and guests.

Duties include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking-in patients, insurance verification, and other various projects. The hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. We have several satellite locations in Nashville and some travel between clinics is required. At least 1 year of experience in medical office preferred.
